Rotary Club of Fort Myers South presents its second annual Law and Order Ball Saturday, September 19, 2015, at Harborside Event Center in downtown Fort Myers. This was the first of what will be an annual event. All proceeds benefit the Rotary Club of Fort Myers South Foundation and Lee County law enforcement youth programs.
The Law and Order Ball is an opportunity to thank the everyday heroes of our law enforcement agencies who keep us safe and enable us to build our businesses and thrive as a community. The agencies to be recognized are: Cape Coral Police Department, Florida SouthWestern State College Department of Public Safety, Florida Gulf Coast University Police Department, Fort Myers Police Department, Lee County Port Authority Police, Lee County Sheriff’s Office and Sanibel Police Department. Nominations are accepted from each agency for the “Officer of the Year” award. One special hero will be awarded and receive a custom designed piece by Rotarian Mark Loren, of Mark Loren Designs.
This gala event includes cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a sumptuous dinner, and a silent and live auction, and entertainment.
