Rotary Club of Fort Myers South is proud to announce that Sam Galloway Ford, along with Coconut Point Ford, Galloway Direct and Sam Galloway Lincoln have pledged $15,000 in support of the Inaugural Law and Order Ball as a “Sheriff”-level sponsor. The Law and Order Ball, to be held October 10 at 6:00 p.m. at Harborside Event Center in downtown Fort Myers, is an opportunity to thank the everyday heroes of our law enforcement agencies who keep us safe and enable us to build our businesses and thrive as a community. The agencies to be recognized are: Cape Coral Police Department, Florida SouthWestern State College Police Department, Florida Gulf Coast University Police Department, Fort Myers Police Department, Lee County Port Authority Police, Lee County Sheriff’s Office and Sanibel Police Department. The “Officer of the Year” is an award given to a special hero and the recipient will receive a custom designed piece created by Rotarian Mark Loren, Mark Loren Designs.

The gala event will include cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a sumptuous dinner, and a silent and live auction. Entertainment will be provided by the popular local band Alter Ego, featuring retired Assistant U.S. Attorney Doug Molloy.
